Progress
You must always be looking to make progress, and drive at a speed which is appropriate for the conditions. If it is safe to do so, you should normally be looking to drive at the speed limit.

Hesitancy
You should always be looking to take opportunities to move as they accour. This includes moving off from the side of the road, emerging from junctions, driving into gaps at roundabouts, etc. You should always have the car prepared to move if a suitable gap in the traffic is coming up.

Position
The car should always be in the right position for any manouevre, dealing with hazards or during normal driving.

Problems wth progress, hesitancy or position causes frustration with other road users.

Being confident to drive at the appropraite speed, taking opportunities to move away.
